A Brief History

After twelve and a half years, at 5:30pm on June 30th, I closed the doors of my retail store for the last time. After a lot of soul searching, sanity prevailed and I decided to close down The Software Shop entirely. I accepted a position with Commander as their Software Specialist in Canberra and so, for a time, was able to continue to supply software to the Canberra community. In August 2007, 6 months before Commander retrenched 832 staff across Australia - including their entire sales staff in Canberra, I left to join Scholastic as their Autodesk BDM.

I can still be contacted via email at info AT softwareshop.com.au (it will just take me a day or two to respond on this one). Sorry, the old phone nunbers are no longer active.

My new contact details are: andrew_boundy AT scholastic.com.au (unless you have my mobile I am no longer contactable via phone). Sorry you will need to manually enter my new email address - this is to reduce the amount of SPAM I receive.

I would like to thank all my customers over the past thirteen years for their support and hope that I can continue to be of service to you during the "interesting" times ahead.

Andrew Boundy
